Bleeding inside

blood everywhere
mingling with the tears
burning my eyes, overwhelming heat
an inferno of the Devil.
despair so strong it swells my heart
and taints the pure surface
of the water as i try
to hurl the terror and pain from my heart...
bitter bile stings my throat
an acrid hell
death so near it beckons
no sadness only fear
fear of living
fear of dying
fragile emotions shattering,like glass
the strewn roses, plucking with sharp thorns of past memories
a rush of cruel words,senseless images,passionate emotions,
and blood everywhere...
haunting me,my worst nightmare,
like a stubborn child, never letting me go.
hacking away at pulsating life,
as the red tears seep through in relief....
set free...skeletons in the closet, many and varied,
suddenly seek independence,
to ruin the tangible castle of dreams
to scar my perfect mask
stomach turns as screaming reaches a crescendo
scab reveals a permanent scar
bitter taste of bile
of rejection
of loneliness
coppery taste of blood
blood everywhere
curling into a ball,
sinking into emotional quicksand
wanting to camouflage or fly away
be free
but in the harsh glaring spotlight.
screaming as the shackles
bite the frail wrists
screaming coz lifewas never meant to be this
struggling,swimming against warm blood,
fighting to break the surface,
to break free
fly away
breathe 2 the bottom of my lungs
to change a world that isnt
and never will be...
p.s-sry i know it damn morbid

it takes quite some imagination to write that..good idea...though something like soaring in the clouds or looping in an airplane is a more apt theme to put here..'its a beautiful life' your hello tune says that.

Wonder why blood comes into all of this. Just a prick can't result in death.
P.S.: never go by the surface, symbolism is the key. if u don't get what i'm tellin, let me know.
